Who can use our products?

All of our products are unisex, both men & women can enjoy using our products unless stated otherwise.

Are your products suitable for Vegans?

All our products are suitable for vegans.

What Skin type is your products suitable for?

Our products are suitable for all types of skin, especially sensitive skin. They do not include common allergens and they contain no hash chemicals. Please check the product ingredients before buying, if brought, we advise you do patch test before using our products.  

Are your products tested on animals?

All our products are not tested on animals as we are firmly against animal testing of any kind. All of our products are 100% cruelty free.

Can I get an allergic reaction whilst using your products?

It is very rare to get an allergic reaction whilst using our products. However, it is not impossible to be allergic to natural ingredients such as essential oils.

Please read all ingredients carefully before trying out our products. If you suspect that you are allergic, please stop using the product immediately.

What is the shelf life for your products?

All our Creams, Cleaners and Scrubs: 30 Months

Where are your product manufactured?

All of our products are manufactured in the United Kingdom.

Are your products natural?

Giovane’ s products contain top quality ingredients, which have been scientifically proven to enhance and protect the skin. We make sure that all our ingredients used are the best quality.

Our products are paraben-free, sulphate-free and toxic free.

Can I change or cancel my order?

All sales are final, however if you have any issues, please get in touch via support@giovane.co.uk

Please keep in mind that during holidays, limited edition launches, or sale periods order processing may vary.

Where is my order?

Once you’re placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation. A following email will be sent when your order has been dispatched to let you know your Giovane products are on their way to you.

Is your products safe for pregnant women?

Please note unfortunately our products contain essential oils and we do not recommend any women who are pregnant to use our range for the duration for their pregnancy.
